Why won’t the suction cups stick on my window?Updated 2 years ago

This usually happens when your windows have dirt or dust on them, which makes it harder to adhere the suction cups. We highly recommend that you thoroughly clean the surface first before placing the suction cups. Here are some tips on how to clean your windows and properly attach your suction cups:

Cleaning Your Windows:

• Scrub off dirt and dust from your windows with a household cleaner, rinse it with water, and dry it thoroughly with a cloth or towel.
• For thorough cleaning, clean the surface of your window with rubbing alcohol and dry it thoroughly with a cloth or towel. 

Cleaning and Attaching Your Suction Cups:

• Use warm water to clean and rinse off the dirt from your suction cups, shake off excess water and allow it to dry.
• Upon attaching the suction cups to your window, make sure that there are no air bubbles in between them. 
• Allow the suction cups to set for at least 24 hours before adding the Bar Fly.
