In rare instances, using repellent products may trigger skin problems. The majority of products also warn consumers that if product gets in their eyes, it may irritate their eyes. 

If you think a product is causing a reaction, stop using it, wash the affected area, and contact a poison control center. 

If product gets in the eyes, rinse with water and contact a doctor or poison control center. Bring the product with you if you visit a doctor.
