How to use Pest Detect?

Use the provided 3M adhesive tape or anchor and screw to install your Pest Detect Bug Zapper on the area of your choice. We highly recommend that you place your device in an area where there is access to direct sunlight so it can conveniently recharge during the day.

How it works

After installation is complete, press the power button to turn on the device and allow it to be fully charged under direct sunlight during the day.
Choose the mode you want to utilize; UV, LED, or Motion Detection. You can also opt to use all of them at the same time.
Once night time comes, your device will automatically turn on, zap insects around the area, and illuminate your outdoor space.
The device will automatically turn off in the morning and recharge under direct sunlight.

This is a high voltage device, please make sure to keep it out of reach of children.
Keep out of contact with flammable items such as paper or clothing.
Do not use flammable liquids around the unit.
To prevent electrical shock hazards, do not submerge the product in water or any type of liquid.
Do not clean or spray the unit with water, cleaning spray, or any other type of liquid.
Do not stick foreign, metal objects or your fingers into the unit.
Do not tamper with or modify the unit.
Make sure to turn off the power before servicing or cleaning.
Before cleaning, allow the unit to sit for at least 45 minutes to release charge from the electric grid.
Clean and remove dead insects from the unit frequently as they may be a fire hazard.
Eye damage may result from directly viewing the light produced by this apparatus.
