How do I use the Flea + Tick Concentrate on my pets?Updated 2 years ago

To use the ready to use spray solution to kill fleas and ticks:

1. Hold the spray nozzle approximately 8 to 12 inches from the dog/cat. 
2. Start by spraying at the tail and work toward the torso. Treat the dog/cat’s entire coat including legs, tail, and underbody, fluffing the hair backward to help the spray penetrate through the coat down to the skin.
3. Do not spray on open wounds, abrasions, genitalia, face, or in eyes or mouth.
4. Pets may be treated indoors or outdoors. To help reduce the occurrence of fleas and ticks, year-round use of this product is recommended.

To use the concentrate as a flea/tick shampoo:

1. Hold the spray nozzle approximately 8 to 12 inches from the dog/cat. 
2. Start by spraying the head and ears, and create a lather.
3. Do not put on open wounds, abrasions, genitalia, face, or in eyes or mouth.
4. Wet coat thoroughly with warm water.
5. Repeat procedure with neck, chest, middle and hindquarters, and legs. 
6. Be sure to include areas between the paws. 
7. Let the shampoo be absorbed for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse thoroughly.
